Faster answers
We've upgraded the model that powers answers in the help center, widget and Slack for every workspace. Answers start coming through sooner and handle longer, multi-part questions better. You don't need to change anything.
Microsoft Teams
When someone adds Brainfish to Teams, it now posts a short welcome message that explains how to ask it questions. Answers in Teams are also labelled as AI-generated.
Other updates
- Synced sources are now re-indexed every day, so changes in your connected tools show up in answers sooner.
- Individual suggestions now cover your existing articles too, not just articles created after the feature launched.
- Fixed the Create Agent prompt appearing in unrelated Slack threads.
