Changelog Improved May 19, 2026

Review Suggestions One by One and Turn Calls into Articles

Accept or reject Knowledge Review suggestions one at a time, turn Chorus call transcripts into articles, and see your plan usage in Settings.

Two main updates this fortnight: a better way to review what Brainfish suggests, and a new place to pull knowledge from.

Accept or reject suggestions individually

Knowledge Review used to treat all the suggestions for an article as one package. If one edit was wrong, you had to reject everything or fix it by hand afterwards.

Suggestions now appear inline in the article. Use the arrows to move between them, and accept or reject each one on its own. If you're happy with all of them, Accept all publishes in one step.

Chorus integration

Connect Chorus and Brainfish will pull in your call transcripts and draft articles from them. You can filter which calls it uses, so it only learns from the ones you care about, like support escalations or onboarding sessions.

Other updates

  • A new Usage page in Settings shows your plan allowance next to your current query volume, agents, knowledge sources and seats.
  • You can now edit or delete help center redirects in bulk.
  • Brainfish in Microsoft Teams can now read screenshots attached to a question.
  • Fixed images and line breaks not showing in editor tables.
  • Fixed Brainfish not responding when a thread reply only says @Brainfish.
