2026 penetration test
We've finished this year's independent penetration test of the Brainfish platform, and every finding has been fixed. The fixes included changes to how sign-in links work and stricter browser security settings.
Deleted articles are removed on the next sync
If an article is deleted in Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom or Help Scout, it's now fully removed from Brainfish on the next sync and won't be used in answers.
Brainfish Workflows
- Runs are faster, with less delay between steps.
- If a connected tool is briefly unavailable, Workflows retries automatically. If it's still down, the run pauses rather than failing partway through.
- You can see exactly what's changed before you publish a new version.
- The Playbooks page and each playbook's Runs tab now show usage and cost.
- Run history can be filtered.
- Customers in Australia can now be billed in AUD.
Other updates
- The sidebar now shows whether each article is internal or public.
- Fixed the follow-up question bar not showing in Chrome on iPhone.
