A lot of support tickets can't be solved with an article. Someone has to look up the account, check an order, confirm who they're talking to or process a refund. Those tickets end up with your team, even when the steps are the same every time.
Ballet by Brainfish (Workflows) lets your AI agent handle them. You describe what should happen, Ballet by Brainfish builds the workflow, and your agent runs it when a matching request comes in.
How it works
Tell Brainfish what the workflow should do in plain English. For example: "If a customer asks for a refund within 30 days and hasn't had one before, issue it in our billing system and reply with the confirmation." It asks follow-up questions, shows you a plan, then builds the workflow as code.
That code runs the same steps in the same order every time. AI is only used where a judgement call is needed, like understanding what the customer is asking for. You set the limits, and anything outside them goes to a person.
Easy to review
Every workflow is readable code, so your engineers can check it before it goes live. Changes are made in a draft and only reach customers when you publish. Each run is logged step by step, and you can see what every build and run costs and set a spending cap.
Integrations
Workflows connects to Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, HubSpot, Salesforce and Brainfish, as well as MCP servers and webhooks. For anything else, including your own internal APIs, it can write the integration while it builds the workflow.
Inside your support agent
Your Brainfish agent can now hand a conversation to a workflow when a customer needs something done. The customer sees progress in the chat while it runs, and gets the result without waiting for someone on your team.
