Changelog New July 28, 2026

Dynamic Content: One Article, a Version for Each Channel

Add channel-specific variants inside one article, so your help center and in-app widget each show the right wording without a second copy to maintain.

Dynamic Content

Sometimes the same answer needs different wording depending on where it's read. Your help center article might say "go to Settings", while the in-app widget should say "click the gear icon in the top right". Until now, that meant keeping two nearly identical articles in sync.

You can now add variants inside a single article in the editor, and set which channel each one is for. Brainfish shows the matching variant wherever the article is displayed or searched, so you only have one article to maintain.

Other updates

  • Inline images in the editor can be resized, and they keep their size after you save.
  • Numbered lists in the editor keep their numbering.
  • Our support and internal agents now stick more closely to your documentation and cite sources more accurately.
  • Long answers in Slack are no longer cut off.
  • Published help center changes now appear on your live site straight away.
