Usage alerts
Admins now get a heads-up when a workspace reaches 80% of its query allowance, and again at 100%. You'll see a banner in the app and get an email, so you can plan ahead instead of finding out at the end of the month.
Other updates
- Zendesk sync and import are working reliably again for large knowledge bases.
- The Include Business Context setting in agent settings now saves correctly.
- Fixed articles occasionally failing to open with a server error.
