Agentic AI Default and Enhancements
The Agentic workflow is now on by default for all new customers. It includes client-side actions, granular controls for citations and follow-up questions, secure client/secret attributes for API actions, and citations automatically enabled in Slack. These changes complete feature parity for Agentic and make it more configurable, transparent, and adaptable to real customer environments.
Smarter Platform Intelligence
We’ve migrated to an LLM-powered clustering engine that automatically groups content into themes and subthemes for more natural search results. This removes our dependency on our old vector database and improves both performance and relevance across the platform. The new intent-query search also uses LLMs for more accurate understanding of what users mean, not just what they type.
Personalized Answer Service
Answers are now personalized using user profiles, sentiment analysis, and category detection. A new Smart User Memory System uses semantic retrieval to maintain context across interactions. We’ve also upgraded to a lightning fast new model, making the experience faster while improving the accuracy of follow-up and citation flows.
Draft System for Article Suggestions
The new draft system supports auto-save, manual publishing, and multiplayer editing. Suggestions now open as drafts instead of publishing immediately, giving teams editorial control while keeping workflows fast. Drafts can be filtered by collection, and changes are automatically saved in real time.
Improved Video and Media Processing
We added full YouTube upload support, better error handling, progress bar fixes, and improved processing for short and unlisted videos. Image resizing has also been optimized for smoother uploads and previews.
Platform Security and Performance
Multiple security upgrades were performed across all core repositories. We removed unused vector data, optimized memory use, and simplified collection schemas. The result is a faster, more stable platform with less overhead.
UI and Widget Improvements
Several UI refinements improve usability and accessibility, including better color contrast, localized live chat labels, and dashboard readability. Widgets now support consistent color overrides, Do Not Track compliance, and more stable session tracking.
