UI Refresh: Cleaner Layout, Smarter Navigation

We’ve redesigned the Brainfish platform interface to make navigation simpler and key features easier to find.

Restructured left-hand navigation

The sidebar has been reorganised so related features are grouped more intuitively — Knowledge, Actions, Nudges, Analytics, and Settings are now clearly sectioned, reducing the time spent hunting through menus.

New article management sidebar

The left sidebar now serves as your article management hub. Article status is visible at a glance (published, draft, or unpublished changes), you can filter articles directly from the sidebar, and a visual tree structure makes it easier to navigate nested content.

Updated header navigation

The top bar has been refreshed with a cleaner user menu giving quick access to Appearance (theme), Settings, and logout — all in one place.

What’s not changing

Your existing content, settings, integrations, and data are untouched. Core workflows — including analytics and other key pages — look and behave the same once you’re inside them.
